This is J.W. Dant Olde Bourbon, produced by Heaven Hill, which acquired the J.W. Dant brand in 1993. Joseph Washington Dant began distilling whiskey in the 1830s with very little money. Unable to afford a proper still, he hollowed out a log and used that instead. As demand for his bourbon grew, he bought a copper still and established the first Dant distillery. In 2021, his descendants opened the Log Still distillery as a tribute to the family's distilling heritage.
