Jack Daniel's 14 Year Old Batch 01 is a barrel proof Tennessee whiskey from Lynchburg, aged for 14 years and bottled at 63.15% in a 70cl bottle. It is a limited release, made from a mash bill of 80% corn, 12% malted barley and 8% rye, and mellowed through charcoal in the Jack Daniel's way.
The whiskey is deep amber. The nose has sweet bakery spices, oak and warm cinnamon. On the palate, creamy butterscotch and toasted oak lead, followed by cinnamon and a hint of aged leather.
