Jack Daniel's – Barrelhouse 1 Tennessee Whiskey, Signed by Jimmy Bedford

Jack Daniel's Barrelhouse 1 is a Tennessee whiskey released to mark one of the oldest and best-known barrelhouses at the Jack Daniel Distillery, a seven-storey building named Barrelhouse 1. This bottle comes in a wooden box and is signed by Jimmy Bedford. The first batch appeared in the summer of 1994 at 94 proof, and a much smaller second batch followed in the winter of 1999. Barrelhouses are where new barrels are filled and left to mature for several years, with the distillery's tasters deciding when each whiskey is ready rather than following a calendar.
