Jack Daniel's Blackberry is a flavoured Tennessee whiskey, bottled at 35% in a 750ml bottle. It combines Old No. 7 with natural blackberry liqueur. The Old No. 7 base is made from 80% corn, 12% malted barley and 8% rye, and is mellowed through sugar maple charcoal at the distillery in Lynchburg.
Blackberry leads the nose, with soft vanilla, light oak, berry jam and a faint caramel warmth. The palate is juicy with ripe blackberry, then caramel, toasted oak, honey and a gentle rye spice. The finish is medium in length, with warmth, lingering fruit, soft oak and a trace of spice.
