Jack Daniel's – Blackwell's Pick Single Barrel Barrel Proof Tennessee Whiskey (75cl, 63.7%)

This is a single barrel of Jack Daniel's Single Barrel Barrel Proof, hand-selected as Blackwell's Pick. It is bottled undiluted at 63.7% ABV (127.4 proof), the strength it had in the barrel, in a 75cl bottle. Like all Jack Daniel's, it is mellowed through sugar maple charcoal in the Lincoln County Process before filling. It was then aged for 4 to 7 years in new charred American oak, in barrels taken from the upper levels of the rickhouse at the distillery in Lynchburg, Tennessee.
