Jack Daniel's Bonded is a Tennessee whiskey made to the American Bottled-in-Bond rules: one distillery, one distilling season, at least four years in a federal bonded warehouse, and bottling at 50% ABV (100 proof). It is filtered through charcoal by the Lincoln County Process and matured in American oak.
The nose has caramel, vanilla, toasted oak and a hint of sweet spice. The palate is rich and full, with caramel, toffee, ripe banana, dried fruit and a light smokiness. The finish is long and spicy.
