Jack Daniel's Bonded is a Tennessee whiskey bottled at 50% ABV under the Bottled-in-Bond rules, in a 70cl bottle. It is one of two Bonded whiskeys in the Jack Daniel's range, the other being Triple Mash.
The mash is 80% corn, 12% malted barley and 8% rye, and the whiskey is aged for at least 4 years in American oak casks.
The nose combines almond, sweet spices and caramel with fine woods and toasted notes. The palate is soft, intense and spiced, with brown sugar, cooked fruit and toasted wood. The finish is long, with spice and hints of smoke.
