Jack Daniel's Bonded Rye is a Tennessee rye whiskey bottled at 100 proof (50% vol) under the Bottled in Bond Act of 1897. That means it was distilled within a single season at one distillery, then aged for at least four years in a federally bonded warehouse.
The nose is ripe fruit, toasted grain and sweet spice. The palate offers caramel, dry baking spice and a little smokiness alongside the rye grain. The finish is long and warmly spicy.
