Jack Daniel's – Bonded Rye Whiskey (70cl, 50%)

Jack Daniel's Bonded Rye is a Tennessee rye whiskey from the Lynchburg distillery, bottled in bond at 50% ABV (100 proof) in a 70cl bottle. Released in 2023, it was the first Jack Daniel's rye to carry the Bottled-in-Bond designation, which requires at least four years of maturation. The mash bill is 70% rye, 18% corn and 12% malted barley, giving a drier, spicier style than the corn-led Tennessee whiskey. It goes through the Jack Daniel's charcoal mellowing with sugar maple charcoal, then matures in new toasted and charred American oak. The nose brings dried fruit, cooked apple and cherry with cinnamon, clove and baking spices. The palate opens sweet and spicy, with black pepper and cinnamon from the rye.
