Jack Daniel's Bonded Rye is a rye whiskey from the Jack Daniel's distillery in Lynchburg, Tennessee. Made under the Bottled in Bond rules, it is aged for at least four years and bottled at 50% ABV (100 proof).
The mash bill is 70% rye, 18% corn and 12% malted barley, and the whiskey matures in new charred American oak.
The nose is peppery with rye spice, vanilla and caramel. The palate brings dried fruit, toasted oak and cinnamon, and the finish is long, with lingering spice and gentle woody warmth.
