Jack Daniel's – Bonded Tennessee Whiskey (50%)

Jack Daniel's Bonded is a Tennessee whiskey bottled at 100 proof (50%). It follows the Jack Daniel's recipe of 80% corn, 12% malted barley and 8% rye. The barrels were hand selected for a deeper colour, flavour and aroma, which gives a darker, richer and more oak-forward character than usual for the brand. It is described as a big, bold whiskey, with layered notes of caramel, rich oak and spice leading to a pleasantly lingering finish.
