Jack Daniel's Bottled-in-Bond is a Tennessee whisky made to the standard of the American Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897, in a 100cl bottle. It is matured for at least four years and bottled at 50% ABV (100 proof), as that law requires.
The nose shows burnt caramel, vanilla and toasted wood, with warm spice and ripe fruit underneath. The palate is full and round, balancing sweet corn with rye spice and a delicate smoky note.
