Jack Daniel's – Distillery Series Selection #15 Sweet Mash Straight Tennessee Whiskey (2025) (37.5cl, 53.5%)

Distillery Series Selection #15 is a Tennessee whiskey from Jack Daniel's, in a 37.5cl bottle at 53.5% ABV. It is built around the sweet mash the distillery uses at the start of each distilling season, before it moves over to its usual sour mash process. The whiskey uses the standard Jack Daniel's mashbill and spent almost nine years on the top floors of the Track 2 barrelhouses before being batched and bottled. It pours a deep mahogany. The nose brings cinnamon, butterscotch hard candy and maple sugar candy. On the palate butterscotch gives way to charred oak, rye spice and black peppercorn, and the finish adds burnt brown butter and baked pie crust.
