Jack Daniel's – Single Barrel (1L)

Jack Daniel's Single Barrel is a Tennessee whiskey from the Lynchburg distillery, in a 1 litre bottle. The barrel was filled on 7 July 2017 and the whiskey matured for over seven years. For this edition the virgin oak barrels were toasted heavily and only lightly charred, to caramelise the sugars in the wood. The mash is corn, rye and malted barley, and the whiskey was bottled without chill filtration. It is deep amber in colour.
