This is the 2025 edition of Jack Daniel's Heritage Toasted Barrel, a single barrel Tennessee whiskey from the Jack Daniel Distillery in Lynchburg. It is made from corn, rye and malted barley, charcoal mellowed and matured for at least seven years, then finished in heavily toasted heritage barrels. It is bottled at 50% ABV.
The nose is soft oak with vanilla and graham cracker. The palate brings vanilla, marshmallow and toffee with a rounded mouthfeel, leading to a lingering finish of brown sugar and toasted sweetness.
