This limited edition Tennessee whiskey from Jack Daniel's belongs to a series commemorating the distillery's master distillers. No. 3 honours Lemuel 'Lem' Tolley, the third master distiller, who held the post for 33 years. Each bottle is numbered and comes in a box showing him.
The nose opens with caramel and vanilla, followed by wood and toffee. The palate is sweet and soft, with a light smoky note, liquorice, vanilla and toasted wood. The finish is sweet, with oak, caramel and a pinch of spice.
