Jack Daniel's – Old No. 7 (3L, 40%)

Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 is a Tennessee whiskey from Lynchburg, Tennessee, bottled at 40% vol in a 3 litre bottle. After double distillation it is mellowed through sugar maple charcoal before maturing for at least four years in new charred white oak barrels. Its profile combines smoky charcoal and oak with caramel, vanilla, wood and light fruit. The nose shows smoky charcoal with a subtle oak note, the palate combines caramel, vanilla and wood with a light fruit note, and the finish is mild, round and dry.
