Jack Daniel's – Old No. 7

Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 is a Tennessee whiskey that is mellowed drop by drop through ten feet of sugar maple charcoal. It then matures in barrels made by the distillery itself. It follows no calendar. The whiskey is judged ready when the distillery's tasters say so, going by how it looks, how it smells and how it tastes, which is how Jack Daniel himself worked more than a century ago.
