Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 Legacy Edition 2 is a Tennessee whiskey in a 70cl bottle at 43% ABV. It is the second release in the Legacy series, which revisits bottle labels from earlier times. This edition carries the label design from the early twentieth century.
As with all Jack Daniel's, the whiskey is filtered drop by drop through charcoal made from sugar maple before it goes into white oak casks.
The nose is light with a clear sweetness, spicy and nutty notes and a little smoke. The palate is soft, with ripe banana, nuts and some caramel, leading to a smoky, sweet finish with toasted oak.
