Jack Daniel's Sinatra Select is a Tennessee whiskey made as a tribute to Frank Sinatra. It comes in a 1 litre bottle at 45% ABV.
It is matured in Sinatra barrels, which have deep grooves in the staves so that the whiskey meets more oak. The result is a rich amber colour and a bold, pleasantly smoky character.
The nose brings oak, light smoke and vanilla, with gentle caramel and honey. Sweet vanilla and oak lead the palate, followed by banana bread and candied nuts, and the finish carries sweet oak and a little spice.
