Jack Daniel's – Single Barrel Barrel Proof Rye Whiskey (75cl)

This is a Tennessee rye whiskey from Jack Daniel's, drawn from a single barrel and bottled uncut at barrel strength, between 125 and 140 proof depending on the barrel. It comes in a 750ml bottle. The mash bill is 70% rye, 18% corn and 12% malted barley. The whiskey is mellowed through sugar-maple charcoal and aged in new American white oak. It began as an annual special release and joined the permanent Single Barrel Collection in 2023. The nose has spearmint, caramel, toasted oak and dark sugar. The palate is spicy, with cinnamon, mint, toffee and charred oak. The finish is long and peppery, with lingering oak.
