Jack Daniel's Single Barrel is a Tennessee whiskey made from corn, rye and malted barley. Each bottling comes from one barrel only, chosen by the master distiller.
Like other Tennessee whiskey, it is filtered through hard maple charcoal before maturation, a step that softens the spirit. Jack Daniel founded the distillery in Tennessee in 1866.
The nose combines sweet spices, wood and fruit. The palate is full-bodied and powerful with a dry taste, and the finish is long.
