Jack Daniel's – Single Barrel Rye (75cl)

Jack Daniel's Single Barrel Rye is a Tennessee rye whisky in a 75cl bottle. The grain bill is 70% rye, 18% corn and 12% malted barley, and it is made with the distillery's cave spring water, proprietary yeast and charcoal mellowing. It ages in a charred white American oak barrel from the distillery's own cooperage, set in the upper reaches of the barrelhouse in Lynchburg, Tennessee, where the seasons bring extreme temperature swings. It is described as lightly sweet at first, with the mid-palate opening to dried fruit and trail mix.
