Jack Daniel's – Single Barrel Tennessee Rye (75cl, 47%)

Jack Daniel's Single Barrel Tennessee Rye is the rye expression in the distillery's Single Barrel Collection, bottled at 47% in a 75cl bottle in Lynchburg, Tennessee. Each bottle comes from a single barrel aged in the upper part of the barrelhouse. The mash bill is 70% rye, 18% corn and 12% malted barley, the distillery's first new grain bill since 1866. The whiskey is mellowed through sugar maple charcoal and aged in charred white American oak, and it carries no age statement. It is described as grain-forward, with dried fruit and light toasted oak, a rich, spicy taste and a lingering finish.
