Jack Daniel's Single Barrel

Jack Daniel's Single Barrel is a Tennessee whiskey in which each bottle comes from one hand-selected barrel, with no blending between casks. The barrels were matured in charred American oak on the upper floors of the warehouses, where temperature swings are greatest. On the nose there is caramel, vanilla and toasted oak, with subtle dried fruit and spice. The palate is velvety, with butterscotch, ripe banana and roasted hazelnut, and a light peppery note. The finish is long, woody and sweet, with vanilla and spice.
