Jack Daniel's Tennessee Fire is a cinnamon-flavoured whiskey, made by blending Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 Tennessee whiskey with cinnamon liqueur. It is bottled at 35% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
The base whiskey goes through the Lincoln County Process, slow filtration through sugar maple charcoal, and is aged in new charred oak barrels. The distillery in Lynchburg, Tennessee, dates from 1866.
The nose leads with cinnamon, with cherry, vanilla and a little oak behind it. The palate starts sweet before hot cinnamon takes over, and vanilla and oak follow. The finish is medium in length, warm and sweet, with a faint smokiness.
