Jack Daniel's Tennessee Fire (37.5cl, 35%)

Tennessee Fire is a cinnamon-flavoured whiskey from the Jack Daniel Distillery in Lynchburg, Tennessee. It is bottled at 35% in a 37.5cl bottle. It combines Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 Tennessee Whiskey with the distillery's own cinnamon liqueur. The Old No. 7 base is filtered through sugar maple charcoal before ageing, which is the step that sets Tennessee whiskey apart from bourbon. The nose is led by warm cinnamon, with vanilla, caramel, cherry and toasted oak behind it. The palate starts sweet before the cinnamon builds, with charred oak and vanilla beneath. The finish is medium to long, with candied cinnamon, smoke and oak.
