Jack Daniel's Tennessee Honey is a whiskey liqueur bottled at 35% in a 37.5cl bottle. It blends Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 Tennessee Whiskey with a honey liqueur.
The base whiskey is made from 80% corn, 12% rye and 8% malted barley, filtered through ten feet of sugar maple charcoal and aged in new American oak barrels. The honey liqueur is developed separately in Louisville before the two are married.
The nose is acacia and wildflower honey with cinnamon, ripe banana, soft caramel and a little nuttiness. The palate has honeycomb, molasses, pralines, toasted nuts and milk chocolate, with some rye spice. The finish is short and clean, with traces of chocolate and warm honey.
