Jack Daniel's Tennessee Honey is a honey whiskey liqueur from Lynchburg, Tennessee, bottled at 35% in a 200ml bottle.
The base is Jack Daniel's whiskey, made from a mashbill of 80% corn, 8% rye and 12% malted barley. It is mellowed through sugar maple charcoal before a honey liqueur is blended in.
The nose brings caramel, charred oak, orange blossom, honey and vanilla. Honey leads the palate, followed by cinnamon, then a thick, creamy middle with milk chocolate, toasty oak and a touch of apricot. The finish is of good length, with gentle honey and warm oak.
