Unlike the standard Old No. 7, Gentleman Jack undergoes a "double mellowing" process—it is charcoal filtered both before it goes into the barrel and again after maturation. This vintage 80-proof bottling from the 1980s is highly sought after by collectors as it represents the original flavor profile of the brand's first premium expansion. It is exceptionally smooth, featuring soft notes of caramel, vanilla, and a light, clean oak finish.
