Jacob's Pardon Small Batch American Whiskey No. 2 is an eight-year-old whiskey made in the United States, in a 750ml bottle. It is inspired by the resilience of the Prohibition era.
The nose has butterscotch, maple and warm oak. The palate brings caramelised brown sugar, honey, toasted oak, ripe stone fruit and soft vanilla spice, moving on to dark chocolate, nutmeg and light smoke.
The finish is warm and balanced, with hints of leather and a little tobacco.
