Jacopo Poli Elisir Sambuca is a colourless Italian sambuca in a 70cl bottle. It belongs to the family of refreshing Mediterranean liqueurs that also includes pastis, ouzo, anis, raki and arak.
The nose is intense, led by aniseed and followed by notes of a flowering meadow. The palate is velvety, sweet and persistent.
It can be served neat, on the rocks, with the traditional coffee bean, as a dash in coffee or in cocktails.
