Beam's Choice is a Kentucky straight bourbon from James B. Beam, and this bottle was distilled in 1989 and bottled in 1994. It is five years old, bottled at 40% in a 1 litre bottle.
It dates from a time when Beam's Choice was still aged for five years. The bourbon is charcoal filtered, a process also known as the Lincoln County Process, which is more often associated with Jack Daniel's, Beam's Tennessee rival.
