This is Black & White, a blended Scotch whisky from the 1950s, in a 96.4cl bottle at 43.4% ABV.
The whisky was first produced by the London blender founded by James Buchanan. It began as House of Commons, the official whisky there, and the nickname that referred to its black and white labelling later became the brand name. Buchanan conceived the black Scottish Terrier and white West Highland Terrier motif in the 1890s. After mergers involving Dewar's in 1915, Distillers Company and Guinness, the brand is now owned by Diageo.
