An Aberlour single malt aged eleven years, finished in a first fill oloroso sherry butt and bottled by independent bottler James Eadie at a cask strength of 59.3% ABV.
The nose is aromatic, with roasted coffee, cloves and pepper alongside strawberries and raspberry jam. The palate is soft and rounded, with strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and redcurrants. The finish is thick strawberry jam with clotted cream.
