James Eadie Fife Blend 15 Years Old (70cl, 56.3%)

A blended whisky made in collaboration with a farm distillery in Fife, bottled at 56.3% in a 70cl bottle. It combines 25 year old Cameronbridge finished in Marsala casks with 15 year old whisky from an unnamed Fife distillery. The nose is light and lively, with fresh grapes, peach, cherry and mango, plus maple syrup and banana. On the palate ripe nectarine, mango and apricot meet candied ginger stem, syrup and milk chocolate, and a dash of water brings out tropical fruit. The finish brings strawberries, dry champagne and passionfruit.
