James Eadie Glenlossie 13-Year-Old 2024 Release (70cl, 52.7%)

This is a 13-year-old Glenlossie single malt, bottled at cask strength, 52.7%, by James Eadie for its Autumn 2024 releases. Much of Glenlossie's output goes into popular blends, so it is not often seen as a single malt. The nose is rich and velvety, with honeycomb, salted caramel and treacle, alongside savoury notes of miso and soy sauce. The palate follows the nose with chocolate-coated honeycomb, treacle, tiramisu and stewed fruits. The finish brings brandy-soaked pears, coffee and walnut cake.
