Jameson Black Barrel Triple Distilled Irish Whiskey (70cl, 40%)

Jameson Black Barrel is a triple distilled Irish whiskey, bottled at 40% vol. in a 70cl bottle. Its character comes from the casks. The coopers who prepare the bourbon barrels char them a second time, a careful step meant to give the whiskey extra depth and complexity. Charring is an old method for strengthening casks and intensifying flavour, and this expression is presented as a tribute to those coopers.
