Jameson Caskmates Stout Edition is a triple-distilled blended Irish whiskey in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 40% abv.
It began as a conversation at the bar between Jameson's Head of Whiskey Science and the Head Brewer of a local craft brewery. The two swapped whiskey and beer barrels, and the whiskey was then finished in barrels seasoned with Irish craft beer.
