Jameson Irish Whiskey (75cl, 40%)

Jameson is an Irish whiskey that blends pot still and grain whiskeys, bottled at 40% in a 75cl bottle. It is triple-distilled and matured in oak casks at the Midleton Distillery in County Cork. Triple distillation, rather than the more usual two, is the feature the whiskey is built around, and it is used neat, over ice or in mixed drinks such as the Irish Mule. The tasting notes describe vanilla, honey and toasted wood with a touch of spice and orchard fruit. It is silky in texture, ending in a warm, lingering and gently sweet finish.
