Jameson Irish Whiskey is a blend of pot still and fine grain whiskeys, sold here in a 750ml bottle.
The whiskeys are triple distilled, which is said to give the blend its smoothness, and then aged in oak casks for a minimum of 4 years.
The nose is lightly floral, with spicy wood and sweet notes. On the palate it balances spicy, nutty and vanilla notes with hints of sweet sherry.
