Jane Street The Original One (Woodrow's of Edinburgh) (70cl, 48.5%)

The Original One is the green-label single malt Scotch in Woodrow's of Edinburgh's Jane Street Collection, a range named after a traditional Edinburgh street. It is vatted in small batches and bottled at 48.5% in a 70cl bottle. The collection also includes The Smokey One and The Sherried One, each with its own colour-coded label. The nose is smooth and creamy, with honeyed fruit, bright citrus and subtle wood. The palate is silky and rounded, with ripe orchard fruit, gentle vanilla sweetness and soft malty warmth. The finish is clean and of medium length, with a trace of honey and light oak.
