Jane Street The Sherried One is a single malt Scotch from the Jane Street Collection by Woodrow's of Edinburgh, a range named after a traditional Edinburgh street. It is matured in sherry casks and vatted in small batches.
It is bottled at 48.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle, with natural colour from the cask.
The nose leads with sticky raisins and fig rolls, followed by dark chocolate, nutmeg and roasted nuttiness. The palate offers mocha, spiced fruit, cinnamon and rich sherried oak, and the finish is long and warming.
