A limoncello made by infusing carefully selected lemon peels, finely hand-peeled, in pure alcohol. The lemons come from the Gargano gardens and the island of Ischia. It is pale yellow, with an inebriating lemon aroma and a harmonious palate that is not too sweet. Best served chilled, and works well as a thirst-quencher mixed with tonic water.
