A cognac from Jean Fillioux, aged for 10 years in oak barrels. It is presented in a 70cl bottle with a refined case. The nose opens with vanilla and cocoa, dried fruit such as plum and raisin, and light spice including cinnamon and clove. On the palate the texture is soft and velvety, with vanilla and honey, ripe fruit and a light touch of toasted oak. The finish is long and persistent, leaving warm spicy notes and nutmeg. It can be enjoyed neat at room temperature or used in sophisticated cocktails.
