Jean Fillioux Vieux Pineau des Charentes Blanc

A refined Pineau des Charentes from Jean Fillioux, made in the Cognac region of France. White grapes are harvested by hand, gently pressed, then blended with aged cognac from the same house and matured in oak barrels for several years. The result is a balanced liqueur with honey, apricot, vanilla, almond and sweet spice notes. The palate is smooth, with lively acidity cutting through the sweetness and a persistent, aromatic finish. Serve slightly chilled as an aperitif, with fish, creamy cheeses or fruit desserts.
