An artisan amaro from Jefferson, made from a blend of selected aromatic herbs and roots. It balances bitter and sweet notes, enriched by a persistent spicy finish, with flavours ranging from bitter orange to rhubarb. Ageing in wooden casks gives it a unique softness and deep, intense aromas. It is suited to drinking after a meal, with roast meats or aged cheeses, or as the base for refined cocktails.
