Jefferson's Manhattan Barrel Finished Cocktail is a ready-to-serve Manhattan from Kentucky, bottled at 34% in a 75cl bottle. It combines Jefferson's bourbon with sweet and dry vermouth and barrel-aged spiced black cherry bitters. After mixing, the finished cocktail is rested in a used bourbon barrel so the parts soften and marry in the wood. It is served chilled over ice with a cherry, with no shaker needed.
