Jefferson's Ocean Aged at Sea is a blended straight bourbon in a 75cl bottle. The barrels are aged aboard ships that cross the equator and call at several continents. The voyage exposes the barrels to ocean air, humidity and swings in temperature, which deepens the interaction between spirit and wood. The constant motion and changing climates shape the flavour. On the palate it is described as caramel and vanilla with a hint of sea salt.
