Jefferson's 'Ocean' Aged at Sea is a very small batch straight bourbon whiskey from Kentucky, USA, in a 750ml bottle.
What sets it apart is where it matures. The whiskey is aged on a ship, so the motion of the waves becomes part of the ageing process.
It is typically described as smooth, with notes of oak, caramel and vanilla.
